Dispatch & Delivery Turnaround
All orders are processed within approximately 2-5 business days, once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details.
Shipping takes approximately 7-14 business days after your order is dispatched.
Please note most Australian orders arrive within 7 business days from dispatch & International orders will take closer to 10-14 business days from dispatch date.
We do have some items that are shipped directly from the International supplier & these products may take 14-21 business days for shipping, this is noted in the description of those items. If you do purchase any items with a longer turnaround they will be sent separately so that you are not kept waiting on the remainder of your order.

Please visit the 'Track My Order' page and simply enter the email address corresponding to your order & order number e.g #1001
Missing An Item
Occasionally an item may be delayed if our warehouse was awaiting more stock, please refer to the delivery confirmation email for steps to obtaining a second tracking number.
Cancelling An Order
Once you place your order online we cannot alter, exchange or refund the order whilst in processing. If you wish to exchange your items once received please refer to our exchanges & returns policy for further information.
Please ensure the correct address including unit/apartment numbers are entered correctly when ordering as any customer input errors that result in your parcel going to the wrong address will not be eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately from time to time extended delays can occur in transit which are out of our control. If you have not received your parcel after 3 weeks please contact our customer service team via email firstname.lastname@example.org or our 'Contact Us' page so that we can investigate further.
