Dispatch & Delivery Turnaround
Order processing takes approximately 3-5 business days.
Delivery takes approximately 7-14 business days after your order is dispatched.
Australian labels - NC X The Label & MLW By Design are made to order designs that have a 1-2 week processing turnaround time. These items will be shipped separately to other items within your order and you will receive a separate tracking number for these items when they are dispatched.
** COVID-19 UPDATE **
We want to reassure our customers we are still open for business during this period.
We are experiencing some stock delays due to factory & logistic closures during February. Stock levels have almost returned to normal and we are part-shipping any delayed items as soon as possible. Please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org if anything is missing from your order for an additional tracking number.
Australian orders are taking longer than usual, however they are currently still arriving within the 7-14 business day shipping turnaround.
New Zealand orders are experiencing longer delays and we now ask that New Zealand customers allow 14-21 business days for shipping from dispatch.
If this changes at anytime and we do see an increase in delays we will update this information.

Missing An Item
When ordering multiple items your order may arrive in separate parcels as some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or occasionally our warehouse may part-ship an order if there is a short delay on an item within your order. Please refer to the delivery confirmation email for steps to obtaining a second tracking number or contact our team via email email@example.com
Cancelling An Order
Once you place your order online we cannot alter, exchange or refund the order whilst in processing. If you wish to exchange your items once received please refer to our exchanges & returns policy for further information.
