Shipping Delay Notice
During February please expect delays on dispatch & delivery.
Dispatch may take up to 2 weeks while our overseas warehouse breaks for the Chinese New Year.
Manufacturing will remain closed until the beginning of March so we will be experiencing longer than normal stock delays. We will still be working to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible but please allow up to 30 business days from dispatch to receive your completed order to allow for any potential production delays.
Australian labels will still be processed as per normal turnaround times during this period.
Dispatch & Delivery Turnaround
Order processing & dispatch takes approx. 2-5 business days.
Shipping takes approx. 7-14 business days after your order is dispatched. This includes items sent directly from our overseas warehouse & suppliers.

These are made to order designs that have a 2-3 week processing turnaround time.
Cruzy Crowns Snapbacks
These will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Please note if multiple items from within the Australian labels collection are ordered they will be sent all together once they are all ready.
International Shipping Delays
Due to Covid-19 all International orders including to New Zealand are experiencing delays. We cannot guarantee a delivery timeframe but most are arriving in 6-8 weeks.
Tracking My Order
Please visit the 'Track My Order' page once you have received your dispatch confirmation email and simply enter the email address corresponding to your order & order number e.g #1001
Missing An Item
When ordering multiple items your order may arrive in separate parcels as some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or occasionally our warehouse may part-ship an order if there is a short delay on an item within your order. Please refer to the delivery confirmation email for steps to obtaining a second tracking number or contact our team via email email@example.com
Cancelling An Order
Once you place your order online we cannot alter, exchange or refund the order whilst in processing. If you wish to exchange your items once received please refer to our exchanges & returns policy for further information.
