Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate of $9.95 for orders within Australia and New Zealand.
Free shipping is available on orders over $99 within Australia and New Zealand.
All other international orders are charged a flat rate of $12.95.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–6 business days.
Delivery timeframes are approximately 7–14 business days from dispatch. This includes items shipped from our overseas warehouse. While most parcels arrive within 5–7 business days, we allow a longer timeframe to account for potential delays.
Please note these timeframes are estimates only and may be impacted by factors outside our control, including postal delays, peak periods, and carrier disruptions.
Important Delivery Information
Please ensure you monitor your tracking using the link provided in your dispatch email.
If your parcel is taken to a collection point and not collected within the required timeframe, it will be returned to sender and a re-shipping fee will apply (see below). Please note that collection slips are no longer left by postal networks, so tracking must be monitored closely.
Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes & Collection Points
We recommend not using Parcel Lockers, PO Box addresses, or Australia Post collection points, as Australia Post may refuse to accept deliveries from third-party couriers.
If you need to use one of these address types, you must notify us immediately after placing your order so we can arrange a suitable delivery method.
If a Parcel Locker, PO Box, or collection address is provided without prior notification:
- Delivery may be unsuccessful or refused by the carrier
- The parcel may be returned to sender
- Re-shipping fees will apply
We are not liable for delays, failed delivery, or returned parcels resulting from the use of these address types.

- Not collected in time, or

A re-shipping fee of $12.95 will apply.
Returned parcels are not eligible for a refund.
