Shipping Charges

We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for orders placed within Australia & New Zealand. Free Shipping is also available to Australia & New Zealand customers for orders over $120(AUD).

All other countries are charged a flat rate of $12.95.  

Dispatch & Delivery Turnaround

Order processing & dispatch takes 2-6 business days.

Shipping takes approx. 7-14 business days from dispatch. This includes items sent directly from our overseas warehouse & International suppliers. Please note this is a generous timeframe to allow for delays with most packages arriving within 5-7 business days of dispatch. 

Please ensure you track your order via the website tracking link provided in the dispatch email. In the event your package is taken for collection & not collected in time you will be responsible for a re-shipping fee (refer to returns policy).

The above shipping & dispatch time frames apply. Please note we are not liable for any import duties or fees charged by your country. Import fees will not apply to orders placed within Australia or New Zealand.

Missing An Item

When ordering multiple items your order may arrive in separate parcels as some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or occasionally our warehouse may part-ship an order if there is a short delay on an item within your order. Please refer to the delivery confirmation email for steps to obtaining a second tracking number or contact our team via email


Cancelling An Order 

Once you place your order online we cannot alter, exchange or refund the order whilst in processing. If you wish to exchange your items once received please refer to our exchanges & returns policy for further information.
