Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate of $9.95 for orders within Australia and New Zealand.
Free shipping is available on orders over $99 within Australia and New Zealand.

All other international orders are charged a flat rate of $12.95.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–6 business days.

Delivery timeframes are approximately 7–14 business days from dispatch. This includes items shipped from our overseas warehouse. While most parcels arrive within 5–7 business days, we allow a longer timeframe to account for potential delays.

*Please note these timeframes are estimates only and may be impacted by peak season sales, postal delays and carrier disruptions.

Important Delivery Information

Please ensure you monitor your tracking using the link provided in your dispatch email.

If your parcel is taken to a collection point and not collected within the required timeframe or a redelivery is not booked within the required timeframe, it will be returned to sender and a re-shipping fee will apply (see below). Please note that collection slips are no longer left by postal networks, so tracking must be monitored closely.

Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes & Collection Points

We recommend not using Parcel Lockers, PO Box addresses, or Australia Post collection points, as Australia Post may refuse to accept deliveries from third-party couriers.

If you need to use one of these address types, you must notify us immediately after placing your order so we can arrange a suitable delivery method.

If a Parcel Locker, PO Box, or collection address is provided without prior notification:

Delivery may be unsuccessful or refused by the carrier
The parcel may be returned to sender
Re-shipping fees will apply

We are not liable for delays, failed delivery, or returned parcels resulting from the use of these address types.

Cubs & Co.

Personalised items: 2–4 business days (allow up to 2 weeks during peak periods)
Non-personalised items: 1–3 business days (Australia only)

Made to order and dispatched within 7–14 business days (Australia & New Zealand only)

Please note: Your order may be dispatched in separate parcels, as some Australian brands ship directly to our customers.

International Orders & Duties

Standard shipping timeframes apply. Please note we are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country. These do not apply to orders within Australia or New Zealand.

Returned to Sender / Uncollected Parcels

Please ensure you monitor your tracking for updates.

If your parcel is:

Not collected in time or redelivery not booked in time, or
Returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unsupported address

A re-shipping fee of $12.95 will apply.

Returned parcels are not eligible for a refund.

Missing Items

Orders may arrive in separate parcels due to supplier dispatch or inventory allocation.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we are unable to amend, cancel, or refund the order while it is being processed.

If you wish to return your items once received, please refer to our Returns Policy.
