We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for orders placed within Australia & New Zealand. Free Shipping is also available to Australia & New Zealand customers for orders over $120.
All other countries are charged a flat rate of $12.95.ย ย
Dispatch & Delivery Turnaround
Order processing & dispatch takesย 2-6ย business days.
Shipping takes approx.ย 7-14 business days from dispatch.ย This includes items sent directly from our overseas warehouse & International suppliers. Please note this is a generous timeframe to allow for delays with most packages arriving within 5-7 business days of dispatch.ย
Please ensure you track your order via the website tracking link provided in the dispatch email. In the event your package is taken for collection & not collected in time you will be responsible for a re-shipping fee (refer to returns policy).ย Collection slips are no longer left by any postal network.ย

When ordering multiple items your order may arrive in separate parcels as some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or occasionally our warehouse may part-ship an order if there is a short delay on an item within your order.
